1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Atlas, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Atlas is a personal productivity assistant provided as-is, built on the Lovable platform.

2. Description of Service

Atlas connects to your Google Calendar and Gmail to provide features including daily briefings, reminders, email summaries, and draft replies. All data processing is handled by Lovable AI on our behalf.

3. User Accounts

To use Atlas, you must create an account and authenticate via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Atlas.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Atlas for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Atlas systems or other users' accounts.
• Use automated systems or bots to access Atlas in a way that sends excessive requests.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of Atlas.
• Upload or transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malware.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of Atlas is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Atlas, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

6. Third-Party Services

Atlas relies on third-party services including Google Calendar, Gmail, and Lovable's infrastructure. Your use of these services through Atlas is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of these third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Atlas is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that Atlas will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected. You use Atlas at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Atlas. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 if you have not paid.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Atlas at any time if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your right to use Atlas ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the app. Continued use of Atlas after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
